What you will do

• Design beautiful, functional products and features for a high-growth social platform.
• Create prototypes and interfaces using industry-standard design tools.
• Collaborate with developers to implement responsive frontend features using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Analyze user behavior and feedback to identify pain points and propose effective design solutions.
• Contribute to the development of viral growth features, push notifications, and messaging flows.
• Work in a fast-paced startup environment, adapting to shifting priorities and growth challenges.

Requirements

• Must be based in Santa Monica, CA
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, HCI, Design, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Familiarity with frontend technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design projects, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a cross-functional team and communicate design rationale effectively.
