Front-End Software Engineer (Vue.js)

Location: Ft. Eustis, US — hybrid

What you will do

• Develop and maintain responsive enterprise web application interfaces using JavaScript and Vue.js.
• Build data visualizations, dashboards, and interactive UI components.
• Consume REST APIs and integrate front-end applications with cloud-hosted back-end services.
• Translate UI/UX designs into accessible, secure client-side experiences.
• Write front-end unit tests and support cross-browser and integration testing.
• Collaborate with back-end engineers, designers, stakeholders, and Agile teams to troubleshoot defects and optimize client-side performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience focused on front-end architecture.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Vue.js or a similar modern framework.
• Experience integrating front-end applications with cloud-hosted REST APIs.
• Familiarity with Vite, Webpack, Agile development, and basic DevSecOps practices.
• Active Secret Clearance or higher, or the ability to obtain it; Secret or Top Secret clearance is required. CompTIA Security+ certification or the ability to obtain it is also required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Dynamics 365 or enterprise application platforms.
• Experience supporting regulated or government systems.
• Familiarity with BI tools or data visualization concepts.
