What you will do

• Welcome and assist clients in the showroom to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
• Conduct tailored product presentations based on client needs.
• Collaborate with the sales team to support clients in the decision-making process.
• Handle professional inquiries and provide detailed product insights.
• Manage quotes and guide clients through the next steps of the sales process.
• Track client interactions and information using HubSpot CRM.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer-facing or client communication role.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to present products effectively and assist in closing deals.
• Proficiency with CRM tools; HubSpot experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
