Salary: $155,000–$200,000.

What you will do

• Identify and prioritize new blockchains, protocols, and applications to expand the network ecosystem.
• Develop and implement new partnerships to deliver differentiated offerings for institutional clients.
• Collaborate with product teams to build solutions and sales teams to test market demand.
• Devise and deliver global go-to-market strategies in coordination with marketing and sales.
• Represent the company as a subject matter expert at industry events and webinars.
• Set, track, and meet revenue targets while identifying new revenue streams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in crypto or venture capital with a focus on DeFi.
• Strong network within the crypto industry and a proven track record of driving revenue.
• Solid financial background with experience building business cases and revenue models.
• Ability to influence senior executives and work collaboratively across internal functions.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in fast-paced, high-ambiguity environments.
• Excellent communication skills and a strategic, low-ego approach to problem-solving.
