What you will do

• Build the partner program from scratch, including deal registration, joint GTM motions, and partner success metrics.
• Manage end-to-end relationships with strategic partners across custodians, middleware providers, and asset issuers.
• Lead partner onboarding via a structured 4-week curriculum covering technical, GTM, and security tracks.
• Structure and close complex commercial deals, including revenue-sharing models and co-sell frameworks.
• Launch co-GTM initiatives such as joint case studies, webinars, and co-marketing campaigns.
• Manage partner metrics and report on pipeline and revenue via CRM dashboards.

Requirements

• 5+ years in partnerships, business development, or strategic sales at a fintech or crypto infrastructure company.
• Proven track record of building/scaling a partner program contributing 20%+ to the pipeline.
• Ability to structure complex commercial deals (revenue splits, MFN clauses, exclusivity) in coordination with Legal.
• Technical fluency in DeFi, onchain lending, or institutional fintech.
• Must be based in the USA with availability for EMEA team overlap.
• Strong executive presence and ability to engage C-suite and technical teams.
