The company is building a new generation crypto trading product. They are looking for someone who can drive real volume and TVL from day one. This is an execution-focused role.

📋 Responsibilities include:
- Drive trading volume (spot + perps)
- Bring TVL (deposits, yield, liquidity)
- Build and scale affiliate / referral pipelines
- Source and close KOLs, traders, communities, and strategic partners

🔑 Requirements:
- Proven experience driving real volume or revenue in crypto
- Experience with exchanges, DeFi, or trading products
- Strong understanding of traders, liquidity, and incentive design
- Ability to move fast and operate with ownership
