What you will do

• Lead multi-disciplinary research teams and provide strategic HEOR leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee specialized projects including systematic literature reviews, indirect treatment comparisons, and budget impact modeling.
• Manage project scope, timelines, and quality control activities to ensure excellent business results.
• Develop and deliver project proposals to clients while expanding the company's client base.
• Mentor and supervise junior staff and contractors, overseeing their professional development and performance.
• Collaborate with senior management on staffing, operational activities, and company efficiency strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a medical-related field (e.g., Biology, Epidemiology, Pharmacology, Health Economics).
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Burlington, ON, Canada.
• 3+ years of experience managing projects and staff.
• 2+ years of direct work experience in health research, health economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and multitasking capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Nice to have

• MSc or PhD degree.
• 3+ years of experience within a consulting setting.
• Proficiency with computer programming software (e.g., VBA) or statistical packages (e.g., EndNote).
