What you will do

• Design and implement a community programme to drive member attendance and loyalty.
• Execute the full event lifecycle from conceptualization to final delivery.
• Establish partnerships with local brands, creators, and collaborators to activate the hub.
• Analyze member feedback and city trends to create relevant and fresh programming.
• Manage the event calendar and associated budgets, tracking performance metrics.
• Coordinate with operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless event execution.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in event management.
• Confident public speaking skills and ability to engage crowds.
• Strong creative eye for event aesthetics and experience design.
• Proven ability to build programmes that drive engagement and loyalty.
• Organizational skills to handle multiple simultaneous projects.
• Fluent English proficiency is required; Italian is a plus.
