What you will do

• Develop and optimize loyalty program strategy to drive partner retention and booking frequency.
• Design scalable loyalty mechanics including tiers, rewards, and goal-based incentives.
• Analyze partner behavior and engagement patterns to identify performance opportunities.
• Monitor program effectiveness, ROI, and impact on gross margin and lifetime value.
• Establish reporting frameworks and automate performance tracking for business reviews.
• Collaborate with Product and Analytics teams to implement program enhancements and conduct experiments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 5-7+ years of experience in Loyalty Programs, Retention Marketing, or CRM.
• Proven track record in designing and managing incentive-based engagement programs.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in large datasets and CRM platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Commercial, and Data teams.
• English level: B2 required.
