Customer Success Manager, CPG & Health (AdTech)

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of CPG & Health customers as their primary advisor throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Drive retention and revenue growth through proactive account planning, business reviews, and campaign optimization.
• Lead new customer onboarding to ensure rapid value realization and platform adoption.
• Partner with Sales Executives to identify and convert expansion opportunities into incremental revenue.
• Monitor account health and proactively resolve challenges before they impact renewals.
• Develop deep vertical expertise in CPG & Health industry trends and performance benchmarks.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Experience in AdTech, MarTech, CTV, SaaS, or performance marketing.
• Proven success driving customer retention and revenue growth across a dedicated book of business.
• Strong communication skills with experience leading executive business reviews.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Intercom, or similar CRM and engagement platforms.
• Must be based in the United States.
