What you will do

• Architect end-to-end agentic workflows using LangGraph, breaking complex business problems into composable states and policies.
• Implement and compose reusable skills, tools, and agents that are maintainable and testable.
• Integrate multiple LLM providers while optimizing for latency, cost, and output quality.
• Define and implement evaluation strategies, metrics, and guardrails to validate agent behavior and measure regression.
• Partner with data scientists and product teams to translate requirements into robust agentic capabilities.
• Mentor junior engineers and guide the team in establishing strong quality standards and observability practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Python development experience with strong software engineering fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience building production systems with Large Language Models.
• Proven experience with LangGraph or similar agentic frameworks like LangChain.
• Strong understanding of evaluation methodologies for LLM/agent quality including datasets and metrics.
• Ability to decompose complex, ambiguous business problems into scalable technical solutions.
• Must be based in or able to work from Barcelona, Spain.

Nice to have

• Experience with agent-building frameworks like AutoGen or Deep Agents.
• Familiarity with LLM observability tools such as Langfuse or LangSmith.
• Background with vector databases, RAG patterns, and knowledge graphs.
• Production experience with async Python patterns and Azure cloud-native architectures.
• Comfort using AI assistants like Claude Code in daily workflows.
