What you will do

• Support the design and implementation of agentic workflows using LangGraph or similar frameworks.
• Translate business problems into structured technical solutions, defining components and workflow steps.
• Implement reusable skills, tools, and agents to ensure maintainable and testable code.
• Integrate LLM providers and optimize for latency, cost, and output quality.
• Implement evaluations, datasets, metrics, and guardrails to validate AI behavior.
• Apply logging, tracing, and monitoring practices to debug and maintain agentic systems.

Requirements

• Around 3 years of experience in software engineering, data science, or AI-related roles.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience working with generative AI technologies.
• Solid Python development skills and strong software engineering fundamentals.
• Hands-on exposure to LLM-based systems, including prompting and APIs.
• Working knowledge of LangGraph, LangChain, or other orchestration frameworks.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly from Barcelona, Spain

Nice to have

• Comfort using AI assistants like Claude Code in daily engineering workflows.
• Familiarity with LLM observability tools such as Langfuse or LangSmith.
• Exposure to vector databases and RAG patterns.
• Knowledge of async Python patterns (asyncio).
• Experience with Azure deployment and cloud-native architectures.
