What you will do

• Create and deliver high-quality design concepts and a range of creative assets for digital channels.
• Work within account teams to establish appropriate creative direction and present ideas to clients.
• Collaborate with the video team to integrate design into video content across various platforms.
• Manage projects to ensure timely production to an agreed brief, budget, and high standard.
• Stay abreast of new media formats and learn how to incorporate them into creative campaigns.
• Identify and share examples of outstanding design work and best practices across the team.

Requirements

• 2-4 years’ experience in a design role.
• Ability to interpret a brief and understand the strategy behind it to produce dynamic and impactful work.
• Solid knowledge of design processes, methodologies, and best practice principles with a keen eye for typography and layout.
• Strong skills with the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects.
• High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Animation/motion graphics skills essential.
