TL;DR

Location: Must be based in London and work from the office five days per week

What you will do

  • Build and evolve the brand through best-in-class design for social ads, email campaigns, print collateral, and event environments.
  • Deliver creative and conceptual thinking that pushes the brand identity beyond its logo.
  • Collaborate closely with the design team and Head of Brand & Content Marketing on campaign executions.
  • Apply expert craft to visual elements while championing modular design, usability, and accessibility standards.
  • Promote design guidelines and best practices as a custodian of consistent brand narrative.
  • Work autonomously to take briefs from concept to final execution with initiative.

Requirements

  • Must be based in London and able to work from the office five days per week.
  • Proven experience in 360° marketing design, including social ads, email, and physical brand touchpoints.
  • Expertise in creating visually engaging static and motion assets for paid social platforms like Meta, YouTube, and Google.
  • High proficiency in motion graphics to bring digital assets to life.
  • Strong command of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Ability to manage large-scale projects from moodboarding to versioning and localisation.

Nice to have

  • Experience in writing punchy, effective ad copy to complement visual designs.

Hiring process

  • Screening call with the Talent Team (30 minutes).
  • Design task completion in Figma.
  • Final in-person interview with the Head of Brand and Content Marketing, VP of Design, and Brand Design Lead.
