What you will do
- Build and evolve the brand through best-in-class design for social ads, email campaigns, print collateral, and event environments.
- Deliver creative and conceptual thinking that pushes the brand identity beyond its logo.
- Collaborate closely with the design team and Head of Brand & Content Marketing on campaign executions.
- Apply expert craft to visual elements while championing modular design, usability, and accessibility standards.
- Promote design guidelines and best practices as a custodian of consistent brand narrative.
- Work autonomously to take briefs from concept to final execution with initiative.
Requirements
- Must be based in London and able to work from the office five days per week.
- Proven experience in 360° marketing design, including social ads, email, and physical brand touchpoints.
- Expertise in creating visually engaging static and motion assets for paid social platforms like Meta, YouTube, and Google.
- High proficiency in motion graphics to bring digital assets to life.
- Strong command of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ability to manage large-scale projects from moodboarding to versioning and localisation.
Nice to have
- Experience in writing punchy, effective ad copy to complement visual designs.

Hiring process
- Screening call with the Talent Team (30 minutes).
- Design task completion in Figma.
- Final in-person interview with the Head of Brand and Content Marketing, VP of Design, and Brand Design Lead.
