Salary: $17 - $35 per hour (CA, NY, WA, CO; may vary outside)

What you will do

• Design static and animated banners for ad campaigns.
• Create emails for marketing campaigns and social media posts for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn.
• Develop logos, brand guides, vector icons, illustrations from scratch.
• Produce print materials including brochures, letterheads, business cards.
• Design website mockups and graphics for desktop/mobile to support web team.
• Participate in client meetings, strategize with Digital Producers on goals.
• Collaborate with copywriters and PPC team on project vision and concepts.
• Prepare organized design files, ensure on-schedule delivery with quality standards.

Requirements

• Excellent written and spoken English
• Total mastery of photo and editing software
• Passion for design, branding, marketing, advertising, online content
• Understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, Tumblr, LinkedIn)
• Awesome portfolio with ad banners, marketing emails, social posts, logos (infographics, slides, print welcome)
• Reliable workstation, fast computer, mic, speakers, stable internet/power
• Ability to work under pressure, short deadlines; professional client presentations

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads
• Klaviyo, Mailchimp
• Project tools: Basecamp, QuickBooks, Google Docs
• Video editing/motion graphics: Adobe Premiere, After Effects
• Illustration/traditional drawing skills
• Professional experience with ad agencies/digital marketing
