What you will do

• Lead the design of visually compelling presentations and creative mockups aligned with brand guidelines and project goals.
• Produce polished work with high attention to layout, typography, visual hierarchy, and effective use of white space.
• Collaborate with strategy, client service, copy, and motion/digital teams to elevate creative direction.
• Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
• Execute end-to-end design for print, digital, and social media, from initial concept to final artwork.
• Present design rationales to stakeholders and incorporate feedback strategically while maintaining creative integrity.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience as a mid–senior Designer with a strong portfolio of multi-channel project delivery.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Proficiency in Google Slides and Microsoft PowerPoint for building structured decks and visual narratives.
• Strong command of design fundamentals, including color, composition, and typography.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment and maintain consistency under tight deadlines.
• Must have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom
