What you will do
- Build and maintain productive relationships with external development partners, aligning on creative vision, scope, schedule, and budget.
- Define production frameworks, milestones, and reporting structures; identify blockers, dependencies, and risks early.
- Maintain visibility across assigned projects with accurate schedules, delivery forecasts, and clear status reporting.
- Oversee end-to-end release management across development, QA, localisation, marketing, and platform holders.
- Coordinate platform holder/storefront submissions, ensuring compliance, certification readiness, and submission timelines.
- Own post-launch plans (patches, updates, live support) and capture learnings to improve future releases.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a producer in game development or publishing.
- Experience working with external studios across multiple projects and platforms.
- Strong understanding of the full game development lifecycle.
- Experience handling first-party submissions and platform holder/storefront submission processes.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
- High proficiency with industry-standard production tools, workflows, and documentation; clear written and verbal communication.
