What you will do
- Execute high-volume, personalized outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and phone targeting VP and Director-level contacts.
- Build and manage multi-step outreach sequences in Apollo using the “Show Me You Know Me®” approach.
- Research target accounts and contacts to craft messaging that resonates with specific prospect pain points.
- Map organizational structures to identify key decision-makers for deeper account penetration.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads against ICP criteria and hand off Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) to Account Executives.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, SDR, BDR, or business development, ideally in B2B technology or IT services.
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding outbound activity and pipeline targets.
- Strong written communication skills for crafting high-engagement emails.
- Experience with outreach platforms such as Apollo, Salesloft, LinkedIn Navigator, Outreach, and AI platforms.
- Proficiency with CRM systems like Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Must be authorized to work in the USA
