What you will do

• Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and BillingCenter modules.
• Provide technical direction and architectural guidance to development teams throughout the SDLC.
• Implement and enhance functionalities using JMS, SOAP/REST, and Data Model updates.
• Coordinate integrations with external rating engines, policy admin platforms, and enterprise services.
• Mentor development teams and ensure adherence to Guidewire best practices and high technical standards.
• Manage workload estimations, define work packages, and support release management.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software development experience with deep expertise in Guidewire InsuranceSuite.
• Hands-on experience implementing and upgrading PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and BillingCenter.
• Strong proficiency in Java and API development.
• Proven experience leading technical teams and managing cross-functional stakeholders.
• Must be located in Mexico City, State of Mexico, or Guadalajara
• Strong English communication skills

Nice to have

• Guidewire Certifications (Ace ClaimCenter, Specialist PolicyCenter, Integration).
• Experience with cloud integrations, such as AWS.
• Background in consulting or enterprise-level multi-system implementations.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and modern development practices.
