Senior Software Engineer II - Java Fullstack

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable cloud-native applications and services for healthcare products.
• Define complex system components, technical specifications, data models, and distributed-system solutions.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, product managers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and improve application reliability, performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
• Promote coding standards, code reviews, CI/CD, automated quality gates, and modern software delivery practices.
• Mentor less-experienced engineers and contribute to architecture and engineering improvements.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience and a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Java with Spring Boot, JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
• Deep experience with microservices, distributed systems, relational and NoSQL databases, data modeling, and query optimization.
• Strong experience with Docker, Kubernetes or EKS, AWS services, Terraform, and cloud architecture.
• Advanced experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, progressive delivery, TDD, and quality gates.
• Experience with API gateways, OAuth, JWT, Kafka, observability platforms, and AI-assisted development tools.
