Low-Code Engineer (HR Automation)

What you will do

• Design and deploy automation solutions across the employee lifecycle, from recruiting and onboarding to development and offboarding.
• Build workflows with low-code/no-code platforms and enable business users to trigger and manage automations.
• Model and maintain scalable HR databases and schemas, including Airtable data structures, views, dashboards, and automations.
• Write JavaScript for integrations, data transformation, API calls, and workflow automation.
• Integrate HR systems and internal tools using REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, OAuth, and related patterns.
• Monitor, optimize, document, and transfer automation solutions while collaborating with HR, IT, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong database modeling skills, including relational or semi-structured data models.
• Strong JavaScript skills, including clean, maintainable, testable code and asynchronous patterns.
• Experience with low-code/no-code tools such as Make, n8n, Zapier, Power Automate, Retool, or Bubble.
• Experience with Airtable or an equivalent platform and a solid understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, and OAuth.
• Ability to translate manual HR or business processes into automated workflows, measure results, and improve performance.
• B2+ or higher English is required for communication with an international team.

Nice to have

• Experience with HR technology, HRIS systems, fintech, or startup environments.
• Experience with Node, Python, data visualization tools, SQL, cloud platforms, or RPA.
• Knowledge of GDPR, data privacy, and security practices for HR data.
• Comfort working with ambiguity and defining effective solutions for new systems.
