TL;DR

Low-Code Engineer (HR Automation): Building and scaling automated HR workflows and internal tools using low-code platforms and JavaScript with an accent on database modeling, API integrations, and employee lifecycle automation. Focus on translating complex HR business processes into technical workflows and optimizing system performance for a fintech environment.

Location: Remote (Worldwide). Relocation support available to Cyprus, Georgia, Serbia, or Kazakhstan.

What you will do

  • Design and deploy automation solutions for the full employee lifecycle from recruiting to offboarding.
  • Build rapid workflows and trigger automations using Low-Code/No-Code platforms.
  • Model and maintain scalable, consistent HR databases and schemas.
  • Write custom JavaScript scripts for integrations, data transformation, and API calls.
  • Integrate internal tools and HR systems via REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, and OAuth.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to translate manual processes into technical automation workflows.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in database modeling (relational or semi-structured data models).
  • Advanced JavaScript skills, including asynchronous patterns and clean code practices.
  • Hands-on experience with Low-Code/No-Code tools such as Make, n8n, Zapier, Power Automate, Retool, or Bubble.
  • Proficiency with Airtable or equivalent platforms for data modeling and scripting.
  • Solid understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, and OAuth patterns.
  • English: B1 level or higher required for international team communication.

Nice to have

  • Experience in HR-tech, HRIS systems, or dynamic fintech startups.
  • Knowledge of Node.js, Python, SQL, or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Experience with RPA tools like UIpath.
  • Familiarity with GDPR and data-privacy security practices.
