What you will do

• Coordinate on-site logistics, including set-up, tear-down, and site cleaning for corporate events.
• Act as the primary hirify.global representative and problem solver during live events.
• Manage guest check-in processes and provide a high-quality welcome experience.
• Collaborate and align roles with corporate partners, nonprofit organizations, and venue staff.
• Provide real-time updates, photos, and videos to the internal Events Team.
• Handle physical equipment logistics, including repacking and shipping materials.

Requirements

• Must be based in Frankfurt, Germany.
• Fluency in English with strong communication skills.
• Proven experience in executing large-scale corporate events and intimate executive gatherings.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Capacity to lift and carry up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong resourcefulness and ability to maintain grace under pressure in ambiguous situations.
