What you will do
- Manage end-to-end production including pre-production logistics, vendor selection, hiring, and onsite execution.
- Develop and maintain detailed production timelines to ensure projects stay on schedule.
- Coordinate with Project Managers and on-site teams to drive alignment for live events.
- Optimize production costs and manage financial follow-ups including quotes, invoices, and P&L updates.
- Research and book venues, secure event permits, and ensure all insurance requirements are met.
- Handle administrative duties such as expense reports and collaborating with the legal department on contracts.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in the event production industry.
- Native or Fluent level of German and strong English proficiency.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in an organized and efficient manner.
- Proven strong network of vendors and venues.
- Understanding of technical production and basic knowledge of fabrication and permitting processes.
- Must be based in Berlin to support the hybrid working model.
