What you will do

• Manage end-to-end production including pre-production logistics, vendor selection, hiring, and onsite execution.
• Develop and maintain detailed production timelines to ensure projects stay on schedule.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and on-site teams to drive alignment for live events.
• Optimize production costs and manage financial follow-ups including quotes, invoices, and P&L updates.
• Research and book venues, secure event permits, and ensure all insurance requirements are met.
• Handle administrative duties such as expense reports and collaborating with the legal department on contracts.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in the event production industry.
• Native or Fluent level of German and strong English proficiency.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in an organized and efficient manner.
• Proven strong network of vendors and venues.
• Understanding of technical production and basic knowledge of fabrication and permitting processes.
• Must be based in Berlin to support the hybrid working model.
