What you will do
- Manage all aspects of production, from pre-production logistics and vendor selection to onsite execution and post-event wrap-up.
- Create and maintain production timelines to ensure teams meet project schedules.
- Collaborate with Project Managers and on-site teams to drive the successful execution of concerts and events.
- Optimize production costs and processes while managing third-party quotes, invoices, and P&L updates.
- Secure necessary event permits and ensure compliance with insurance requirements.
- Research and implement new production formats, technologies, and solutions to enhance event experiences.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in the event production industry.
- Native or fluent level of German required.
- Strong English proficiency.
- Proven track record in managing multiple projects and coordinating complex event logistics.
- Understanding of technical production requirements and fabrication processes.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of promotional tools such as Facebook and Instagram.
- Experience with additional languages.
