What you will do

• Manage all aspects of production, from pre-production logistics and vendor selection to onsite execution and post-event wrap-up.
• Create and maintain production timelines to ensure teams meet project schedules.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and on-site teams to drive the successful execution of concerts and events.
• Optimize production costs and processes while managing third-party quotes, invoices, and P&L updates.
• Secure necessary event permits and ensure compliance with insurance requirements.
• Research and implement new production formats, technologies, and solutions to enhance event experiences.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in the event production industry.
• Native or fluent level of German required.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Proven track record in managing multiple projects and coordinating complex event logistics.
• Understanding of technical production requirements and fabrication processes.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of promotional tools such as Facebook and Instagram.
• Experience with additional languages.
