What you will do

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategy for enterprise clients, fintechs, and stablecoin issuers.
• Drive the product roadmap for the licensed payments platform, defining features and infrastructure priorities.
• Lead the licensing strategy, identifying new jurisdictions and managing relationships with regulators.
• Manage P&L and lead commercial execution to close strategic relationships with banks and payment processors.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, compliance, legal, and partnerships.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of experience in global payments, cross-border platforms, or licensed money transmission.
• Demonstrated experience owning or contributing to a P&L within a payments or fintech company.
• Strong understanding of stablecoins, settlement, and traditional treasury management.
• Deep working knowledge of US money transmission licensing, BSA/AML frameworks, and FinCEN rules.
• Proven track record of driving product roadmaps in highly regulated environments.

Nice to have

• Experience in crypto/digital asset payments, specifically on/off-ramp infrastructure.
• Familiarity with the GENIUS Act and emerging federal payment charter pathways (OCC, FQPSI).
• Experience scaling a payments product from zero-to-one within a larger platform.
• Existing relationships with enterprise payments buyers or stablecoin ecosystem participants.
