Process Analyst

TL;DR

Process Analyst (Business Analytics): Analyzing and designing business processes to align with client strategic goals with an accent on process modeling and efficiency optimization. Focus on identifying bottlenecks, implementing new workflows, and delivering tangible business impact.

Location: Hybrid (Maastricht, Amsterdam, or Remote within the Netherlands). Unable to provide a work permit.

What you will do

• Analyze and design business processes aligned with client needs and strategic pillars.
• Evaluate current processes, identify gaps, and uncover optimization opportunities.
• Create visual representations of processes using tools such as Adonis, flowcharts, and process diagrams.
• Implement new workflows and monitor results to ensure tangible impact.
• Provide training and support to users on newly designed processes.
• Apply the in-house GRIPP methodology for accurate and efficient process analysis.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree completed.
• 0 to 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Fluent Dutch and English communication and presentation skills are mandatory.
• Must possess a valid work permit for the Netherlands (company cannot provide sponsorship).
• Strong communication and active listening skills.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in German.
