What you will do
- Define and maintain a prioritized LLPM learning plan aligned with business priorities and regulatory requirements.
- Identify capability and performance gaps by partnering with Portfolio, Mobilisation, and Risk teams.
- Oversee end-to-end learning solutions in collaboration with the Skills team and external providers.
- Ensure learning is embedded into day-to-day operational routines and reinforced by leadership.
- Align all learning activities with the governance framework and control environment.
- Track the delivery and impact of the learning programme using operational performance trends and audit outcomes.
Requirements
- Strong background in residential property operations, including repairs, compliance, and tenancy management.
- Proven experience in learning, training, or capability development.
- Experience translating business needs into practical learning outputs and coordinating multi-stakeholder programmes.
- Ability to work within a regulated or controlled environment.
- Location: Must be able to work in a hybrid model in Manchester
Nice to have
- Formal experience in L&D or training coordination roles.
- Exposure to regulatory environments (H&S, compliance, customer outcomes).
- Familiarity with property compliance frameworks such as Building Safety or CDM.
