hirify.global is building an automated lab infrastructure that allows AI agents to design and run biology experiments in the physical world.

What you will do

  • Own the full customer lifecycle, including prospecting, technical sales conversations, deal closing, onboarding, and ongoing account management.
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact, recommending specific experiments such as binding kinetics, expression systems, and thermostability based on customer goals.
  • Collaborate closely with the biology team to ensure experiment designs are correct and results are communicated clearly to the client.
  • Build and maintain a commercial pipeline targeting AI-driven protein design companies, biotech startups, and pharma R&D teams.
  • Develop tailored proposals and quotes ranging from small pilot studies to large-scale data generation campaigns.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences and relay customer feedback to product and biology teams to drive feature development.

Requirements

  • Scientific background in protein engineering, biochemistry, biophysics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as Field Application Scientist, technical sales, or scientific account management.
  • Strong commercial drive with a focus on revenue growth, pipeline management, and closing deals.
  • Ability to adapt communication style between detailed technical discussions with PhDs and business-focused conversations with VPs.
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage priorities independently.
  • Deep interest in the field of AI-driven protein design.
