What you will do

• Lead customer-facing engagements to uncover opportunities and position hirify.global solutions.
• Translate complex business requirements into high-impact solution designs.
• Drive RFIs and RFPs from a solution perspective to ensure compelling, value-based proposals.
• Create and deliver tailored demos, workshops, and proof-of-concepts for business and IT stakeholders.
• Develop and articulate ROI and business cases to support customer investment decisions.
• Provide market feedback to product teams to influence the innovation roadmap.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in banking technology, software vendors, or consulting with pre-sales/solution engineering expertise.
• Strong understanding of core and transaction banking processes (e.g., corporate cash management, retail banking, cards, payments).
• Proven track record of engaging with C-level and senior stakeholders.
• Ability to craft value propositions and complex business cases.
• Excellent English proficiency (C1+).
• Familiarity with SAP or other core banking systems.

• German language proficiency (highly preferred for DACH engagements).
