What you will do

  • Manage, organize, and prioritize product backlogs to align with business priorities and delivery goals.
  • Translate complex business needs into structured user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to ensure continuous value delivery.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and backlog refinement.
  • Define and monitor product metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Validate delivered features to ensure they meet defined business objectives and quality standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Prior experience as a Product Owner, Product Analyst, or Business Analyst in agile environments.
  • Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, or other agile methodologies.
  • Proven experience in backlog management and requirement definition.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and business teams.
  • Must be based in Brazil.

Nice to have

  • Experience in EdTech companies or with educational backoffice systems.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, or Trello.
  • Experience with academic systems, ERP platforms, or UX principles.
  • Relevant agile certifications.
