Location: Must be based in Bucharest, Romania (Hybrid model). Working hours: Mon-Fri, 3 PM - 11 PM EET to align with the Canadian market.

What you will do

• Register and update project settings within the billing system.
• Monitor and review unbilled services to ensure timely invoicing.
• Issue final invoices and credit notes according to project manager requests.
• Maintain compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) financial regulations.
• Collaborate with project managers and internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Upload invoices to customer portals as required.

Requirements

• French language proficiency: Fluent (written and verbal).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Finance.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a financial or billing environment.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Must be available for a hybrid work schedule in Bucharest and able to attend an in-person Day 1 onboarding.
