What you will do
- Provide enterprise-level technical support by analyzing, diagnosing, and troubleshooting software application incidents.
- Manage and resolve high-complexity support requests to ensure strict adherence to SLAs.
- Lead joint resolution and testing efforts in collaboration with development and M&S teams.
- Deliver deep technical on-site support directly within customer environments.
- Analyze trends to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions.
- Mentor less experienced team members and ensure overall ticket quality and prioritization.
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent work experience.
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in Maintenance and Support Engineering.
- Good business English skills (written and spoken).
- Must be based in Singapore to provide on-site support.
