What you will do

• Lead complex cross-functional initiatives from concept to release, balancing product goals and technical constraints.
• Partner with product managers to refine requirements and break large initiatives into actionable milestones.
• Coordinate release milestones and dependencies across internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on technical constraints, sequencing, and architecture considerations.
• Manage app submission, certification, and compliance processes across distribution channels.
• Optimize workflows and release processes using Jira and Confluence to increase delivery efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software program management.
• BS or MS degree in Engineering, Operations, Communications, or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and the ability to identify technical risks and dependencies.
• Proven experience managing software releases in all major App Stores.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for documentation and execution tracking.
• Excellent verbal English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience working on multiplayer mobile games.
• Experience coordinating launches involving external partners, publishers, or regulatory stakeholders.
• Experience using AI tools to improve execution efficiency and workflow automation.
• Background in engineering, QA, and/or product management.
