Engagement Manager (SaaS)

Location: Must be based in London, UK. This is a hybrid role requiring at least two days per week in the office.

What you will do

• Own and direct the full engagement life cycle for customers purchasing professional services.
• Develop engagement plans and maintain accountability for project progress, risks, and issues.
• Partner with architects, sales, and product teams to implement customer-specific operating models.
• Chair regular review meetings and facilitate workshops to support revenue targets.
• Ensure service delivery compliance with established methodologies and processes.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows and solve business challenges.

Requirements

• 5+ years of consulting management experience, ideally within SaaS environments.
• Eligible to work in London.
• Proven track record of delivering multiple projects simultaneously on time and on budget.
• English proficiency (mandatory); German or Dutch language skills are preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a business or technical field.
• Demonstrated proficiency in leveraging AI tools for business outcomes.
