TL;DR

Solutions Architect, Networking (Enterprise Infrastructure): Designing and developing complex network and security solutions for enterprise customers with an accent on LAN/WAN, Data Center Switching, and SD-WAN. Focus on requirements gathering, creating high-level technical designs (BoM), and delivering technical presentations to drive sales.

Location: Must be based in the North Carolina region, USA. Includes up to 25% regional travel.

What you will do

• Develop and present high-level technical solutions including hardware, software, and licensing.
• Collect business and technical requirements to create end-to-end network designs.
• Lead whiteboard sessions and craft customer-facing technical presentations.
• Generate hardware configurations (BoM) and write Statements of Work (SoW).
• Collaborate with Account Executives to build customer rapport and drive the sales process.
• Maintain and upgrade technical certifications in networking and security.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent military/professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience in enterprise-class network and security solutions.
• Expertise in routing/switching (Cisco, HPE) or Next-Gen Firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet).
• Knowledge of SSE, SASE, and Network Access Control (Cisco ISE, Aruba ClearPass).
• Experience with Data Center solutions (Cisco ACI, VXLAN, VMware NSX) or SD-WAN.
• Must be based in the North Carolina region.

Nice to have

• Certifications such as CCDP, CCNP, or CCIE.
• Experience working within a Value-Added Reseller (VAR) environment.
