Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 CAD per year

What you will do
- Manage and grow the Network VIP and Care Community platforms to increase participation and loyalty.
- Execute community initiatives including webinars, AMAs, workshops, and technical engagement campaigns.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Customer Success, and Sales Engineering to align programs with business priorities.
- Develop technical and customer-focused content such as blogs and educational resources with internal SMEs.
- Track and report on community health, engagement metrics, and customer sentiment.
- Leverage AI-powered tools to improve efficiency and scale content creation and engagement strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in community management, customer marketing, or technical marketing.
- Experience managing and moderating online customer communities for technical audiences.
- Ability to learn and communicate complex technical networking concepts and industry trends.
- Must be based in Toronto, Canada for hybrid work.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to simplify technical concepts for customers.

- Experience with community platforms such as Gainsight.
