What you will do

  • Provide strategic support for market research projects aligned with business priorities.
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to improve KPI measurement and business interpretation.
  • Synthesize insights from transactional data, loyalty programs, and camera analytics to deliver actionable recommendations.
  • Develop a hypothesis-driven annual Customer Insights agenda based on stakeholder needs.
  • Manage suppliers and maintain the Insights Platform and Supplier Directory.
  • Create high-impact PowerPoint presentations tailored for executive leadership (CEO, CCO).

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in business consulting, market research, strategic planning, or customer insights.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel for executive reporting.
  • Experience with analytical tools and data visualization platforms such as SPSS and Tableau.
  • Analytical mindset capable of translating complex data into clear business strategies.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and prioritize effectively.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) to operate effectively in a global environment.
