What you will do

• Analyze large, complex data sets to extract actionable insights that drive strategic product decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define key metrics and implement analytical frameworks for the game vertical.
• Own end-to-end analytical projects, from feature inception to A/B testing and final insight delivery.
• Translate data findings into impactful business outcomes through cross-functional collaboration.
• Optimize game economies and refine product roadmaps to maximize player engagement.
• Present complex findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a Business Intelligence related role.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and experience working with large data sets.
• Proficiency with visualization tools such as Looker, Qlikview, Tableau, or PowerBI.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Must be based in Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid).
• A strong passion for mobile games.

Nice to have

• Background in the gaming industry.
• Experience with BigQuery.
• Proficiency in Python or R.
