Senior SAP Engineer (SAP BTP)

Senior SAP Engineer (SAP BTP): Designing, extending, and validating integrations between internal/external source systems and Kinaxis Maestro with an accent on SAP BTP integration approach and data mapping. Focus on building synchronous and asynchronous integration patterns and ensuring data consistency between SAP ECC/S4HANA and non-SAP planning systems.

What you will do

• Design and deliver new interfaces between source systems and Kinaxis Maestro.
• Configure and adjust integrations within SAP BTP from various source systems.
• Translate business requirements into technical mappings between SAP and Kinaxis Maestro.
• Develop integrations for in-scope planning domains and act as the primary integration point for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product Teams and Solution Architects to define data object requirements.
• Define and execute E2E test cases to validate mappings, data quality, and business logic.

Requirements

• Proven experience with ABAP, SAP BTP, and SAP.
• Deep working knowledge of SAP ECC data structures relevant to planning and supply chain.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA data model differences from ECC.
• Hands-on experience building synchronous (API-based) and asynchronous (event/queue-based) integration patterns on SAP BTP.
• Understanding of BTP security models including OAuth2 and principal propagation.
• Experience integrating SAP with non-SAP planning systems.

Nice to have

• Direct Kinaxis Maestro integration experience.
• Involvement in ECC-to-S/4HANA migrations for supply chain modules.
• Certification in SAP BTP or Integration Suite.
• Background in the manufacturing or supply chain domain.
