What you will do

• Own and maintain the five-year strategic plan, including financial models and scenario analysis.
• Manage the annual strategic planning cycle to set targets, resourcing, and priorities.
• Lead analysis for major strategic decisions and provide recommendations to senior leadership.
• Conduct market and competitive research to identify new growth opportunities and "right-to-win" assessments.
• Create operational plans for new market entries, including go-to-market approach and org design.
• Collaborate with business leaders to ensure strategic plans are operationally feasible.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in strategy, consulting, or corporate development.
• Experience in a management consulting environment or high-growth startup.
• Strong quantitative analysis and financial modelling skills.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and deliver defensible recommendations.
• Confidence working directly with senior leadership.
• Strong bias toward operational detail and execution.
