What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end creative portfolio from angle identification and briefing to production and analysis.
• Create high-performing video and static ads to drive scalable business growth.
• Develop and test hypotheses across hooks, personas, and formats in collaboration with media buyers.
• Analyze daily performance dashboards (CPA, CTR, CVR) to make data-driven scaling or iteration decisions.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging ad patterns to identify new testing opportunities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in direct-response performance creative (agency, in-house B2C, or scale-up).
• Proficiency in AI creative tools as a core part of the creative workflow.
• Ability to independently translate media signals from performance dashboards into creative decisions.
• Strong understanding of paid creative trends across all major performance channels.
• Ability to write clear, specific, and executable briefs.
• Fluent English (written and verbal).

Nice to have

• Experience in cybersecurity, fintech, or other trust-sensitive B2C verticals.
• Hands-on skills in editing, design, copywriting, or directing.
