What you will do

• Create content across various formats, including blog posts, thought leadership, scripts, social copy, and email.
• Repurpose long-form content (recorded sessions, reports) into short-form evergreen assets, audiograms, and video cuts.
• Build and maintain a content calendar aligned with campaign goals, product moments, and brand priorities.
• Drive the content strategy and production for the AI Security School and hirify.global Research.
• Collaborate with demand gen, product marketing, and design to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
• Track performance metrics and use data to inform and optimize future content iterations.

Requirements

• 4+ years in content marketing, preferably within a B2B or corporate environment.
• Strong writing skills across formats, ranging from long-form editorial to short-form social copy.
• Comfort working across multiple channels, including written, audio, video, and email.
• Familiarity with content production tools like Descript, Canva, or similar.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
• Must be based in the US
