What you will do

• Ideate, script, storyboard, and produce high volumes of UGC, maintaining a pace of several shoots per week.
• Write high-converting, TikTok-native English copy, including hooks and captions.
• Source, brief, and direct creators and actors to ensure top-tier content quality.
• Own the end-to-end production process from conceptualization and casting to post-production.
• Develop scalable production workflows and pipelines to increase output without sacrificing quality.
• Analyze performance metrics across TikTok, Instagram, and paid social to iterate and optimize creative.

Requirements

• Genuinely excellent English proficiency and proven experience writing high-performing English TikTok copy.
• Extensive experience producing B2C UGC and short-form ads for consumer products.
• Proven ability to manage the entire production cycle independently from concept to delivery.
• Strong track record of creating successful ads for TikTok and Meta platforms.
• Experience briefing and managing relationships with influencers and creators.
• Ability to use channel metrics and growth data to drive creative decisions.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI products or emotionally engaging consumer applications.
• Experience building and managing a UGC creator pool from scratch.
• Success in driving measurable installs or subscriptions for B2C subscription products.
• Familiarity with production back-office tasks like release forms, usage rights, and contracts.
