A1 is building a proactive AI smart assistant designed to bring intelligence to conversations, errands, and complex workflows with high reliability.
What you will do
- Lead Singapore market entry from early strategy to hands-on execution.
- Develop and execute hiring plans to source and close high-caliber talent.
- Support fundraising efforts by preparing materials and coordinating investor conversations.
- Establish the company's presence in Singapore, including office setup and vendor management.
- Drive external positioning through PR, partnerships, and key relationship management.
- Act as a central operator to track priorities, resolve bottlenecks, and push progress.
Requirements
- Background in MBB consulting, top-tier VC, startups, or high-performance operating roles.
- Strong generalist skill set capable of switching between strategy, hiring, and operations.
- High agency and the ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments.
- Exceptional judgment and ability to prioritize based on incomplete information.
- Clear and concise communication skills for senior stakeholder and external partner management.
- Must be based in or able to operate within Singapore to facilitate market entry and office setup.
