What you will do

• Lead Singapore market entry from early strategy to hands-on execution.
• Develop and execute hiring plans to source and close high-caliber talent.
• Support fundraising efforts by preparing materials and coordinating investor conversations.
• Establish the company's presence in Singapore, including office setup and vendor management.
• Drive external positioning through PR, partnerships, and key relationship management.
• Act as a central operator to track priorities, resolve bottlenecks, and push progress.

Requirements

• Background in MBB consulting, top-tier VC, startups, or high-performance operating roles.
• Strong generalist skill set capable of switching between strategy, hiring, and operations.
• High agency and the ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments.
• Exceptional judgment and ability to prioritize based on incomplete information.
• Clear and concise communication skills for senior stakeholder and external partner management.
• Must be based in or able to operate within Singapore to facilitate market entry and office setup.
