What you will do

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment processes for various roles and levels across the organization.
  • Implement innovative sourcing strategies using social media, professional networks, and industry events.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective staffing plans.
  • Utilize recruitment data and analytics to track KPIs and identify areas for process improvement.
  • Mentor junior TA team members on sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement best practices.
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience through professional and timely communication.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7–10 years of hands-on experience in full-cycle talent acquisition, including niche technical roles.
  • Must be based in Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with both Vietnamese and expat managers.
  • English: Good communication skills required.
  • Ability to work under high pressure and prioritize workloads effectively.
