What you will do

  • Lead and develop a team of sales representatives to grow business within their respective territories.
  • Recruit and hire additional sales talent to support business expansion.
  • Own regional business strategy and develop go-to-market plays for the hedge fund vertical.
  • Manage the full sales process and customer relationships from initial meeting through closing and post-sale expansion.
  • Collaborate with Channel Partners and internal Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to drive revenue.
  • Prospect and penetrate large accounts to engage C-level decision-makers.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of enterprise technology sales experience in infrastructure, AI, cloud, or data platforms.
  • 5+ years of experience leading enterprise sales teams with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.
  • Deep experience selling into hedge funds, quantitative trading firms, or large financial institutions.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to engage C-level stakeholders.
  • Experience building new markets or vertical practices from the ground up.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise data architecture, AI infrastructure, and high-performance computing (HPC) environments.

Nice to have

  • Experience partnering with channels, strategic alliances, and ecosystem partners.
