What you will do
- Guide and scale the SMB Sales team to foster predictable, high-volume growth across small and medium-sized merchants.
- Own the full go-to-market strategy for the SMB segment.
- Ensure alignment between sales, marketing, and product teams to accelerate acquisition and revenue.
Requirements
- Proven experience in scaling sales teams and managing SMB segments.
- Expertise in developing and executing go-to-market strategies.
- Must be able to work from the Milan office 4+ days per week.
