What you will do
- Learn and master the company's key software and cloud offerings.
- Participate in customer calls alongside Account Managers and leadership.
- Assist with handling customer inquiries and the bidding process.
- Support the contract signing process.
- Assist Account Managers with AR (accounts receivable) collection.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science or Information Systems (recent graduates encouraged).
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to learn quickly and strong problem-solving skills.
- Good English proficiency (speaking, reading, and writing).
