Location: Hybrid in Raanana, Israel (2 days office, 3 days remote)

What you will do

• Develop end-to-end ML systems to train and serve production-level models in high-stakes environments.
• Deploy GenAI and agentic AI systems, including the design of tool use, multi-step reasoning, and orchestration.
• Forecast work volume and optimize shift schedules using time-series methods and mathematical optimization.
• Integrate new AI features into large-scale existing software systems.
• Conduct unstructured evaluation processes and experiment to drive technical conclusions.
• Own projects end-to-end, leading planning and delivery with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an applied researcher or research engineer.
• Strong hands-on Python development skills for model training and data analysis.
• Proficiency with PyTorch.
• Experience with ML-Ops and deploying models on AWS or other cloud providers.
• Experience with mathematical optimization tools (e.g., Gurobi).
• Must be based in Israel to support the hybrid work model in Raanana.

• Experience with HuggingFace, scikit-learn, and pandas/SQL.
• Knowledge of containerization with Docker.
