What you will do
- Support end-to-end hiring processes across a specialist clinical function.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to facilitate confident and timely hiring decisions.
- Implement creative sourcing strategies via social media, direct outreach, and networking to build proactive pipelines.
- Develop and strengthen the company's brand presence within the talent market.
- Manage the ATS and ensure smooth, professional communication with all candidates.
- Identify inefficiencies in the recruitment process and propose improvements.
Requirements
- Must be a current employee looking for a transition into a people-focused role.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with a balance of warmth and confidence.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work onsite at least three days per week in Winnersh.

- Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
