TL;DR

Talent Acquisition Specialist (Healthcare): Supporting end-to-end hiring for a specialist clinical function with an accent on proactive sourcing and candidate experience. Location: Hybrid (Winnersh, UK). Must be onsite at least three days per week.

Salary: £35K – £40K

What you will do

  • Support end-to-end hiring processes across a specialist clinical function.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers to facilitate confident and timely hiring decisions.
  • Implement creative sourcing strategies via social media, direct outreach, and networking to build proactive pipelines.
  • Develop and strengthen the company's brand presence within the talent market.
  • Manage the ATS and ensure smooth, professional communication with all candidates.
  • Identify inefficiencies in the recruitment process and propose improvements.

Requirements

  • Exceptional organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills with a balance of warmth and confidence.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work onsite at least three days per week in Winnersh.

Nice to have

  • Previous exposure to recruitment, HR, or coordination roles.
  • Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Genuine interest in healthcare and the digital health sector.
